Terms of Service and Usage

This agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply if you list your business on Independent We Stand and/or use the marketing  materials available for download on this website. These include, without limitation, the copyrighted Independent We Stand materials known as “Download Materials”. In this agreement, “we” and “our” refers to “Independent We Stand” and “you” and “your” refers to the party accepting the terms of this agreement, as described below.

PROMOTION
Independent We Stand makes the downloadable marketing  materials available on the Resource Center page for your use. However, you cannot edit or change the materials in any way. The registered trademarks and copyrights belong solely to Independent We Stand LLC (dba Independent We Stand), and all rights associated with them are reserved.
Use of the Independent We Stand logo or our tag lines—either as shown or in conjunction with a third party or group—is strictly prohibited and a violation of the registered trademarks and copyrights. Independent We Stand reserves the right to remove or add businesses at our discretion. Independent We Stand is not responsible for business descriptions. They are written by each business.

Term and Termination
This agreement will become effective upon the registration of your business on the “Register Your Business” page of this website. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause. If you decided to terminate this agreement, you agree to cease all use of the Download Materials.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By accepting this Agreement you signify that you release Independent We Stand from all liability due to use or misuse of these materials. In addition, you agree that no promise of specific outcome as a result of using or instituting these materials or concepts has been made.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Independent We Stand hereby grants to you for the duration of this agreement a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the Download Materials solely to promote your independent business operations and organizations that support the program and its mission.

MERCHANT MEMBER OBLIGATIONS

By creating your business listing, you agree to take full responsibility for updating and maintaining the listing with true accurate information. Independent We Stand reserves the right to close your account at any time for any reason at its sole discretion.

TERMINATION

You agree that Independent We Stand may terminate your account if we feel you have violated these terms of agreement. In addition, you agree that Independent We Stand shall not be liable to you for termination of your account.
