Over the years, Howard Brothers has helped many individuals, non profits, school clubs, and other groups. Perhaps more important is their commitment to our employees, several of which have been with the company 15, 20, 30+ years. Howard Brothers continues to pride itself on their dedication to their community, their employees and the impact they make as a local business.
	Tandem Wine & Cheese Bar – Bothell, WA www.tandemwinebar.com Located in Bothell, Washington, Tandem Wine & Cheese Bar believes in Paying it Forward... whether through donations to the local food drive, collecting blanket, coats, hats and gloves for the homeless shelter, adopting families during the holidays, or creating a local farmers market, Tandem is dedicated to the growth and prosperity of their community.
	Maple Ave Restaurant – Vienna, VA www.mapleaverestaurant.com A nine table restaurant, focused on providing customers with high quality, local, sustainable food, Maple Ave Restaurant is the only Green Certified restaurant in their area. Partnering with other restaurants in town to become green certified, dedicating time and resources to provide healthy lunches at local schools and hosting dinners with donations going to several charities are just a few ways this small restaurant gives back to their community in a big way.

A handcrafted custom cabinetry manufacturer based out of Doylestown, Penn., Superior Woodcraft is known for two things: their exquisite cabinets and their activism in their community. This family-owned business, founded in 1967, has always prided itself on being an independent manufacturer who distributes solely to independent retailers. They support many organizations such as, Habitat for Humanity, Doylestown Hospital, Doylestown Cancer Center, The Women's Fund, Doylestown YMCA and many more local community organizations/events. Today, they are going above and beyond to promote buying local.
