Story Walk Kent
November 17-December 17, 2019
This event is all about the next generation. Read the pages of ‘Twas the Night Before Thanksgiving, written by Ohio native Dav Pilkey, as you walk through Downtown Kent. More than a dozen local businesses will have pages of the story posted in their shop windows, creating a route for local families. At the end, kids can sign the guest book to be entered to win a signed copy of the book. The event represents a collaboration between Main Street Kent and Kent City Schools and is designed to promote literacy, physical activity and the community. For more information and a list of participating businesses, visit Main Street Kent.
