Christmas Tree Ship

Holiday celebrations are full steam ahead in Vermilion thanks to this unique tradition. Crowds will gather to welcome the arrival of the Christmas Tree Ship, a vintage icebreaker loaded with Christmas trees and holiday cheer. The Vermilion Community Band will provide festive tunes for the celebration. Miracle on Main Street

Chances are you’ve never seen a Christmas tree lighting like this one. Now in its 25th year, Miracle on Main Street features two Christmas tree lightings, including the unveiling of the one-of-a-kind Shopping Cart Tree. As the name suggests, the 40-foot-tall “tree” is made of 84 shopping carts and lit by 1,500 lights. Holiday Downtown Shop Around

The Holiday Downtown Shop Around offers an evening of extended hours at Beverly’s local shops. Retailers will remain open until 8 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and until 6 p.m. on Sunday.
