With flowers being a Valentine’s Day staple, why not spread the love locally? Instead of picking up some roses at a big box store or ordering them from an unknown 800 number; consider a visit to your local independent florist. By then his son, eight year old Salvy Migliaccio, Jr., was already quickly learning the flower business from his father.
